Steps
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface.
- 3Form the pork sausage meat into two long logs, the length of the pastry sheet.
- 4Place one sausage log along one long edge of the pastry and the other log parallel to it, leaving space between them.
- 5Fold the pastry over each sausage log, pressing to seal the edges.
- 6Cut the pastry between the two rolls, then slice each log into 1-inch pieces.
- 7Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush over the top of each sausage roll. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, serve with ketchup.
